From forecasting to warehousing, our purchasing team manages the entire process from one source.
Each team member specializes in a product category, working closely with manufacturers to discover exciting new products and, together with our marketing team, successfully bring them to stores.
They maintain a broad network of industry contacts and nurture them personally – including at trade fairs and events around the world.
Our experienced customer service and sales team has in-depth product knowledge and focuses on maintaining strong relationships with our customers – the hobby and retail stores where our products come to life!
With a high level of motivation for personalized service and continuous market observation, they ensure we meet our customers’ needs.
Our team is made up of passionate hobbyists and communication professionals – speaking more than 10 languages.
At Blackfire, Trade Marketing is all about supporting the success of our retail and hobby store partners.
With targeted activities around product launches, we provide full-service support in the conception, planning, and execution of all types of marketing campaigns for our clients:
- POS materials such as promotional items and in-store decorations
- Exclusive advertising materials and price support
- Additional services that create real added value in-store
We are backed by a strong supplier network, offering us a wide range of creative opportunities.
Our specialized Event Management Team – consisting of a dedicated Event Manager and an experienced Senior Marketing Manager – handles the planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of events.
Brand engagement can take many forms – from B2B-oriented product showcases and interactive demo sessions to exclusive retailer events with a well-curated mix of information and entertainment.

Areas of work in the Blackfire universe
Under the skilled and experienced guidance of our Organized Play team, every TCG (Trading Card Game) can reach new communities and markets.
They are in daily contact with tournament organizers and TCG stores, maintaining a deep understanding of the market, managing product allocation, and organizing events – from in-store tournaments to promotional roadshows – they’ve done it all!
Driven by a personal passion for TCGs, building and sustaining communities and partner stores is their core motivation.
From internal accounting and invoicing to the financial aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, reporting, forecasting, and payment processing – they handle it all.
As part of the Asmodee Group, they also contribute to budgeting, financial strategy, and the ongoing development of technical solutions related to security and tax topics.
The team combines fresh financial talent with seasoned experts with many years of business experience. One thing’s for sure: nothing happens here without Excel!
Pick it, pack it, ship it – but there’s a lot more going on in the warehouse than just dispatch.
From integrating new goods into our (yes, really) “chaotic” warehouse system to coordinating customs and export documentation, our logistics professionals handle every aspect of warehouse management.
With an average of 60+ colleagues in inbound, outbound, and stock management, there’s always plenty happening – and every day brings new challenges.
